Mycohera contient :
Urée : L’urée a des propriétés kératolytiques, car elle favorise la séparation des cellules superficielles mortes et, par conséquent, la régénération de la peau.
Elle peut être utilisée à différents dosages de 3% à 40%. À des concentrations inférieures à 10%, elle est principalement utilisée dans les produits cosmétiques à effet hydratant ; à des concentrations d’environ 20%, elle est utilisée comme kératolytique, et à des doses supérieures à 40%, elle aide à éliminer les callosités des mains et des pieds.
Acide salicylique : un principe actif à forte activité kératolytique, car il est capable de rompre sélectivement la chaîne protéique de la kératine, abondante dans les cornéocytes. Au niveau de la peau, l’acide salicylique réduit les forces d’adhésion des cornéocytes. De cette façon, on obtient un peeling des kératinocytes hyperpigmentés et on stimule simultanément le renouvellement cellulaire. L’effet final de l’acide salicylique est surprenant : des kératinocytes « »nouveaux » », moins riches en pigment mélanique, donne à la peau un aspect uniforme, lisse et radieux. Il est également utilisé pour ses propriétés bactériostatiques et apaisantes. En effet, il pénètre rapidement dans les zones enflammées, remplissant ces fonctions sans provoquer d’irritation évidente.
Piroctone olamine : Même à faible concentration, il a un effet antiseptique local important. Avec une forte affinité pour les tissus riches en kératine, il complète l’action anti-inflammatoire d’autres principes actifs. L’activité antimicrobienne est due à sa forte affinité pour les cations métalliques trivalents, ce qui conduit à l’inhibition des enzymes métal-dépendantes responsables de la dégradation des peroxydes à l’intérieur de la cellule fongique.
Climbazole : A une importante action antifongique locale à large spectre. L’effet antifongique est dû à l’inhibition de la synthèse de l’ergostérol, qui est abondant dans les membranes plasmiques des champignons, en raison de l’incapacité à convertir le lanostérol en ergostérol.
