Bayer Aspirine® Protect, Aspirin® Protect 100 mg 60 Bayer

Les comprimés pelliculés d’Aspirine Protect contiennent de l’acide acétylsalicylique (AAS), un principe actif. Même à faible dose, cet acide inhibe l’adhésion des plaquettes sanguines (agrégation plaquettaire), prévenant ainsi la formation de caillots sanguins.

Les crises cardiaques et les accidents vasculaires cérébraux (AVC) résultent généralement d’une diminution soudaine du flux sanguin vers le cœur ou le cerveau. Une cause fréquente est la formation de caillots sanguins (thrombus) qui obstruent d’importants vaisseaux sanguins du cœur ou du cerveau. Cela entraîne un manque d’oxygène et des lésions cardiaques et cérébrales.

Les comprimés pelliculés d’Aspirine Protect 100 mg sont utilisés chez l’adulte :

• pour la prévention des accidents vasculaires cérébraux (AVC) après un AVC et en cas de stades précurseurs (accidents ischémiques transitoires, AIT) ;
• pour prévenir la formation de caillots sanguins (thrombose) dans les artères coronaires après un infarctus (prophylaxie de la récidive d’infarctus) ;
• pour la prévention de la thrombose artérielle après une chirurgie vasculaire (par exemple, après des interventions de dilatation des artères coronaires rétrécies, comme l’angioplastie coronaire transluminale percutanée, ACTP) ;
• pour la prévention des événements cardiovasculaires (affectant le cœur et le système vasculaire), comme l’angine de poitrine ou l’infarctus du myocarde chez les patients diabétiques présentant un risque cardiovasculaire élevé.

Les troubles de la coagulation sanguine ou l’obstruction des vaisseaux sanguins sont les principales causes d’infarctus du myocarde et d’accident vasculaire cérébral. L’acide acétylsalicylique contenu dans les comprimés pelliculés d’Aspirine® Protect empêche les plaquettes sanguines (thrombocytes) de s’agglutiner et d’obstruer les vaisseaux sanguins.
