Ingrédients actifs : huile d’arachide raffinée et paraffine liquide.
100 g contiennent : 46,45 g d’huile d’arachide raffinée et 47,00 g de paraffine liquide.
Autres ingrédients :
butylhydroxytoluène (E 321), acide palmitoyl ascorbique, éther laurylique de macrogol 400, palmitate d’isopropyle, trioléate de triméthylolpropane PEG/PPG-120/10 et laureth-2, acide citrique monohydraté, propylène glycol, parfum (contient du D-limonène, du linalol).
Champ d’application
Bain d’huile médicinale hydratant pour le traitement symptomatique des maladies de peau (dermatoses) avec peau très sèche et légèrement prurigineuse.
Le médicament est utilisé chez les adultes, les adolescents et les enfants âgés de 2 ans et plus.
Contre-indications
Balneum Hermal F – L’additif pour le bain ne doit pas être utilisé
si vous êtes allergique (hypersensible) à l’huile d’arachide raffinée, aux arachides ou au soja ou à l’un des autres composants de ce médicament, dans les formes purulentes fraîches de psoriasis (psoriasis pustuleux, psoriasis avec pustules, parfois avec fièvre et malaise général).

Dose recommandée pour
adultes et adolescents à partir de 12 ans :
Pour un bain complet (environ 150 l), utilisez deux tasses à mesurer (30 ml)
Pour un bain partiel (5 L), utilisez environ 1/4 cuillère à café (1 ml)
Enfants de 2 à 11 ans :
Pour une baignoire pour bébé (environ 25 l) utiliser 1/3 de gobelet doseur (5 ml).
L’intérieur du bouchon à vis peut être utilisé comme tasse à mesurer pour mesurer la quantité requise.
Mode d’emploi :
Pour application sur la peau.
L’additif de bain Balneum Hermal F est ajouté à l’eau du bain et bien mélangé jusqu’à ce qu’il soit uniformément réparti.
La température de l’eau du bain ne doit pas dépasser de manière significative 36 °C, car à des températures plus élevées, l’effet hydratant diminue progressivement.
Pour traiter les démangeaisons, la température doit être de 32 °C ou aussi basse que possible.
La durée du bain est déterminée individuellement, mais ne doit pas dépasser 15 à 20 minutes.
Pour les enfants, une application de quelques minutes seulement suffit généralement.
La fréquence d’utilisation dépend du type et de la gravité des symptômes. Il est généralement recommandé de prendre des bains tous les deux ou trois jours. La baignade quotidienne est également possible.
L’additif de bain Balneum Hermal F peut également être utilisé pour la douche. Le produit est appliqué non dilué sur la peau humide puis rincé.
Après avoir pris un bain ou une douche, séchez simplement votre peau avec une serviette. Un dessèchement et une friction importants réduisent l’effet thérapeutique.
Effets secondaires
réactions allergiques sévères, rougeurs, démangeaisons et brûlures. Inflammation des follicules pileux (folliculite).
