Therapeutic indications
Cetirizine dihydrochloride 10 mg film-coated tablets are indicated for adults and children over 6 years of age: – for the treatment of nasal and ocular symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. – for the symptomatic treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance, to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1, to hydroxyzine or to any piperazine derivative. Patients with severe renal insufficiency with creatinine clearance less than 10 ml / min.
Dosage
Dosage 10 mg once a day (1 tablet). Special patient populations Elderly patients Based on available data, no dose reduction is required in elderly patients with normal renal function. Patients with moderate to severe renal insufficiency There are no data to support the efficacy/safety ratio in patients with renal impairment.

Dosage
Posologie 10 mg une fois par jour (1 comprimé). Populations particulières de patients Patients âgés Sur la base des données disponibles, aucune réduction de dose n’est nécessaire chez les patients âgés ayant une fonction rénale normale. Patients insuffisants rénaux modérés à sévères Il n’existe pas de données permettant d’étayer le rapport efficacité/sécurité chez les patients insuffisants rénaux.
