Active ingredients
Each single-use sachet (10 ml of oral suspension) contains 200 mg of ibuprofen.
Excipients with known effects: liquid maltitol (E965) 5 g/10 ml; sodium 35.84 mg/10 ml.
Excipients
Sodium benzoate (E211), anhydrous citric acid (E330), anhydrous sodium citrate (E331), anhydrous sodium saccharin (E954), sodium chloride, hypromellose 15 cP, xanthan gum (E415), liquid maltitol (E965), 99.8% glycerol (E422), strawberry flavor [strawberry flavor contains: substances identical to natural flavors, natural flavors, corn maltodextrin, triethyl citrate (E1505), propylene glycol (E1520) and benzyl alcohol], purified water.

Directions
SpidilolPocket is indicated for the short-term treatment of mild to moderate pain, such as headache, toothache, dysmenorrhea and postoperative pain.
SpididolPocket also relieves inflammation, fever and pain associated with flu and colds.
SpididolPocket 200 mg is recommended for adults, adolescents and children weighing 20 kg or more (aged 6 years and older).

How to use
For oral use and short-term use only.
Adults and adolescents weighing 40 kg or more (aged 12 years and older)
If adults need to use this medicine for more than 3 days for fever or more than 4 days for pain or if symptoms worsen, consult a doctor.
If adolescents (aged 12 years and older) need to use this medicine for more than 3 days or if symptoms worsen, consult a doctor.
The initial dose is 1 or 2 sachets of SpididolPocket 200 mg, and then, if necessary, 1 or 2 sachets of SpididolPocket 200 mg every six hours up to a maximum dose of 1200 mg (6 sachets of SpididolPocket 200 mg) within 24 hours.
The interval between doses should be at least 6 hours.

Children weighing 39 kg or less (aged 6 years or older)
SpididolPocket 200 mg should only be used in children weighing 20 kg or more.
The maximum total daily dose of ibuprofen is 20-30 mg per kg of body weight, divided into 3 or 4 doses administered at intervals of 6-8 hours. The maximum recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. A total dose of 30 mg/kg of ibuprofen should not be exceeded within 24 hours.

Children weighing less than 20 kg (under 6 years)
SpididolPocket 200 mg should not be used in children weighing less than 20 kg or under 6 years of age.

Elderly
In elderly patients, the dosage is the same as in adults, but greater caution is required.

Patients with liver or kidney failure
In patients with mild to moderate liver or kidney failure, no dose reduction is required, but greater caution should be exercised (see section 4.4).
Undesirable effects can be limited by using the lowest effective dose for the shortest period of time necessary to control symptoms (see section 4.4).

How to use
Massage the sachet several times before opening.
The contents of the sachet can be taken regardless of food intake. When taken during or shortly after meals, the onset of action may be delayed, but taking during meals improves tolerability of the drug and reduces the likelihood of gastrointestinal problems. SpididolPocket can be taken directly without water or diluted with water.”
