Monurelle Plus AF Advanced Formula is a CE medical device indicated for the control and prevention of urinary tract infections (cystitis) caused by pathogens such as E. coli and other gram-negative bacteria commonly involved in the etiology of urological infections. The advanced formula based on Xyloglucan (Hemicellulose) and Gealose exerts a mechanical action in the intestinal lumen, preventing pathogens from coming into contact with the intestinal mucosa, which is the first phase of their proliferation and subsequent passage into the urinary tract.
Action
Indicated for the control of cystitis and the prevention of new episodes;
It acts both at the intestinal and bladder level;
It mechanically protects both the intestine, preventing the proliferation of pathogens that cause cystitis, and the bladder, creating unfavorable conditions for bacterial growth.

Directions for use and dosage
Swallow the capsule with liquid. This medical device is intended for use in adult patients.
Patients who develop the first symptoms of urinary disorders should take orally twice a day (1 capsule every 12 hours) for 5 days;
To prevent relapses, take one capsule a day for at least 15 consecutive days per month. If necessary, the treatment can be repeated.
Warnings
A urinary tract infection (UTI) should be diagnosed by a doctor. If symptoms persist for more than 5 days, consult a doctor. An acute urinary tract infection may require antibiotic treatment. This product does not have bactericidal or bacteriostatic properties and therefore cannot replace antibiotic treatment. However, it can be taken simultaneously with an antibiotic. It is recommended not to use the product during pregnancy or breastfeeding, unless otherwise advised by a health professional. Do not use the product after the expiry date stated on the package. Do not take the product if the blister is open or damaged. Keep the product out of reach of children.
Contraindications
It should not be used by patients with known hypersensitivity to xyloglucan, gealose or other excipients of the drug.
Storage
Do not store at temperatures above 25°C. Do not freeze.
Composition
Each capsule contains: 100 mg xyloglucan, 50 mg gealose, 100 mg propolis, 100 mg hibiscus sabdariffa, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable origin) and corn starch.”
