• in case of known hypersensitivity to preparations containing arnica or other Asteraceae such as chamomile flowers, marigold or yarrow or to any of the other ingredients of the medicinal product.
• on damaged skin (e.g. injuries, burns).
• during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Precautions for use and warnings:
There is no sufficiently documented experience with the use of this medicine in children for subacute and chronic inflammatory joint diseases, conditions following concussion, stroke (apoplexy) and paralysis. It should therefore not be used in children under 12 years of age for these indications without medical advice and does not replace other medicines prescribed by a doctor for this purpose. Contains 25% alcohol by volume.
Dosage and method of use:
Unless otherwise prescribed:

• Compresses: Add 1 tablespoon of tincture to about 1/4 liter of water and use for compresses. Avoid covering the compress airtight.
• Baths: Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of tincture to 1 full bath; use less for partial baths.

Duration of use:
Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks. If there is no improvement within 3 days, a doctor should be consulted. The duration of treatment of chronic illnesses requires consultation with the doctor.
Application errors:
If the medicine is taken contrary to the instructions, it can lead to burning and scratching in the mouth and throat, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. In severe cases of poisoning, fever and nosebleeds as well as cardiac arrhythmias, respiratory paralysis and circulatory collapse can also occur. In pregnant women, miscarriage is possible. Poisoning is also possible if the product is used on large areas. If poisoning is suspected, a doctor should be notified immediately, who will initiate the necessary measures if necessary.
