mode of action
The phosphonoserin contained in the Vitasprint B 12 capsules (pack size: 20 pcs) helps build and maintain the function of nerve and muscle cells and is an important building block in protein formation. Glutamine is important for the conduction of stimuli in the brain and is therefore responsible for concentration and memory. Since glutamine is also a protein building block, it is also important for the muscles. Vitamin B12, on the other hand, is essential for blood formation, for protein and energy metabolism, for cell growth and cell maturation. In addition, vitamin B12 plays a role in the formation of nerve cells and is therefore important for memory performance.

The other ingredients are:
Maltodextrin, corn starch, talc, sodium citrate 2H 2 O, anhydrous citric acid (Ph. Eur.), mannitol (Ph. Eur.), glycerol dibehenate (Ph. Eur.), carrageenan, potassium chloride, Vitasprint B12 capsules contain three coordinated medicinally effective Ingredients: Vitamin B12 (200 µg), and the two amino acids phosphonoserine (30 mg) and glutamine (30 mg).
Contraindications
The product must not be used if there is a known hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients.
For children under 12 years of age, a doctor must be consulted before use. The use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended due to insufficient data.
dosage
Unless otherwise directed, adults and children over 12 years of age take one hard capsule 3 times a day.
Vitasprint B 12 capsules (pack size: 20 pcs) should be taken whole with sufficient liquid before meals. It can be taken as a cure over several weeks.

If the dosage instructions are followed, no precautions need to be taken. Children under the age of 12 should be excluded from self-medication, since vitamin deficiencies that cannot be corrected through diet require a medical examination. Keep medicines out of the reach of children!

There are no studies available for use during pregnancy and lactation for the recommended dose range. The preparation should therefore not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
