- Dosage: The recommended dose is one spray of Azelastine POS Nasal Spray per nostril twice daily (morning and evening). This corresponds to a daily dose of 0.56 mg azelastine hydrochloride.
- Use in children and adolescents: Due to a lack of data on safety and efficacy, Azelastine POS Nasal Spray must not be used in children under 6 years of age.
- Duration of use : Azelastine POS Nasal Spray can be used until symptoms subside, but should not be used continuously for longer than 6 months.
