“Composition
The active ingredient is ibuprofen.
1 ml of suspension for oral use contains 40 mg of ibuprofen.
Other ingredients of the drug: propylene glycol, anhydrous citric acid, sodium benzoate (E 211), sodium saccharin, sodium citrate, non-crystallizing liquid sorbitol, glycerin, xanthine gum, polysorbate 80, purified water, orange flavoring. –
Dosage
The drug is intended for short-term use.
The dosage of the drug may vary depending on the patient, his age and disease.
Each 5 ml of suspension contains 200 mg of ibuprofen. The drug does not contain sugar, so it can be taken by patients with diabetes.
Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
The recommended daily dose is 20-30 mg / kg of body weight in 3-4 doses. There should be a break of at least 6 hours between subsequent doses. Use in children:

over 12 years (over 40 kg) 7.5 ml – 10 ml (300-400 mg) 3-4 times 7.5 ml
Use in adult patients:
Adult patients are recommended to use other pharmaceutical forms of ibuprofen in a dose of 200, 400 or 600 mg. However, if there are problems with swallowing, the drug in the form of a suspension can be prescribed 4 times a day at 7.5 ml (which corresponds to 300 mg of ibuprofen). For adults and adolescents, the maximum recommended dose of Ibutakt is 1200 mg per day.
Indications
Indications for use of the drug are:
fever of various origins, including flu, colds and post-vaccination reactions;
pain of various origins from mild to moderate intensity, such as: headache, sore throat and muscle pain (eg, viral infections), toothache, pain after dental procedures, pain during teething, pain in joints and bones due to musculoskeletal injuries (eg, sprains), pain due to soft tissue injuries, postoperative pain, ear pain due to inflammation of the middle ear.
Ibutact is indicated for children weighing more than 5 kg (over 3 months), adolescents and adults.
Contraindications
When you should not use Ibutact:
if you are allergic to ibuprofen or any other ingredient in this medicine) or other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs);
if you have ever had hypersensitivity reactions such as asthma, runny nose, itchy skin rash, or swelling of the lips, face, tongue, or throat after taking medicines containing acetylsalicylic acid (such as aspirin) or other nonal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs);
if you have a bleeding disorder;
if you have or have had a stomach and/or duodenal ulcer with perforation or bleeding, or if you have had two or more such episodes in the past;
if you have had gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation related to previous use of nonal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) (your child may vomit blood or dark particles that look like coffee grounds, or have tarry stools containing blood);
if you have an increased tendency to bleed or problems making certain blood components (such as not enough platelets – thrombocytopenia);
if you have severe liver, kidney, or heart failure;
if you are in the third trimester of pregnancy;
if you are dehydrated;
if the baby weighs less than 5 kg and is less than 3 months old;
if you have a bleeding disorder;
if you have a bleeding in the brain (cerebrovascular bleed) or other active bleeding.”
