ZINC REQUIREMENT – HOW MUCH IS NECESSARY AND HEALTHY?
Zinc can be taken in both through food and through dietary supplements – especially if the individual daily zinc requirement is not covered by diet.
The German Nutrition Society recommends 7 mg of zinc per day for women and 10 mg for men. Certain circumstances can lead to increased zinc consumption in the body. This affects, for example, competitive athletes with almost 20 mg of zinc per day, pregnant women from the 4th month and breastfeeding women with 10 to 11 mg of zinc per day or people with pre-existing conditions, whose requirements should, however, be clarified individually with the treating doctor.

Curazink® ImmunPlus combines high-dose zinc (25 mg) with selenium and the recommended daily dose of vitamin C in an easy-to-take, fruity, fresh strawberry-flavored lozenge.
