Composition
Active ingredient: 10 ml of oral solution contains: 5 g of Macrogol 4000 in dissolved form.
Other ingredients: potassium sorbate (preservative), macrogol 400, citric acid and purified water.
Indications
DulcoSoft Solution is a medical device used to soften hard stools and treat associated symptoms such as irregular and hard stools. The osmotically active ingredient Macrogel 4000 binds water and increases the fluid content in the colon, which softens the stool and makes it easier to transport.
Dosage
Adults and children from 8 years:
20 to 40 ml of solution per day, preferably once in the morning.
Children from 4 to 7 years:
16 to 32 ml of solution per day, preferably as a single dose in the morning.
Children 2 to 3 years old:
8 to 16 ml of solution per day.
Children 6 months to 1 year old:
8 ml of solution per day
For children under 8 years of age, use as directed by a doctor.
Recommendation: DulcoSoft liquid can be mixed with a drink of your choice according to personal taste (e.g. with water or another liquid such as fruit juice or tea – about 150 ml).
Due to the composition of DulcoSoft, it is also intended for people with special needs:
Pregnant and breastfeeding women.
The elderly.
Diabetics (sugar-free).
People on a low-salt diet.
People with gluten intolerance.
People with lactose intolerance.
