Composition
Active ingredients: 200 mg ibuprofen, 30 mg pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.
Excipients: Flavors, Purified water, Sodium saccharin, Sodium citrate buffer, Polysorbate 80, Cherry flavor (K11181), Sodium propyl parahydroxybenzoate, Sodium methyl parahydroxybenzoate, Citric acid monohydrate, Glycerin, Xanthan gum, Propylene glycol, Maltitol, Maltitol solution, Water.
Scope
The drug is used for the symptomatic treatment of swelling of the mucous membranes of the nose and paranasal sinuses, accompanied by headache, fever and pain associated with colds (eg, sore throat and body aches).
Dosage
Recommended dose:
Adults and adolescents aged 15 years and over:
Depending on the severity of symptoms, 10-20 ml every 6 hours.
You should not exceed the maximum daily dose of 60 ml.
Do not take more than the stated dose.
Take the minimum dose for the minimum period of time necessary to treat symptoms.
Do not give this medicine to children under 15 years of age.
It should usually be taken every 6 hours as needed. There should be at least 4 hours between doses.
Method:
It is advisable to take the medicine during or after meals.
Before use, shake the bottle vigorously until the sediment is completely dissolved.
Contraindications:
You should not take this medicine if you are allergic to ibuprofen, pseudoephedrine, or any of the other ingredients of this medicine, if you are under 15 years of age.
If you have or have had an allergic reaction or difficulty breathing after taking other anti-inflammatory painkillers (NSAIDs).
If you are taking other similar medicines.
If you are taking (or have taken in the last 14 days) other medicines such as blood thinners, cortico, blood clotting medications, lithium, antidepressants, or a cancer medicine called methotrexate.
If you have or have ever had a stomach ulcer or other stomach problems.
If you have heart disease, diabetes, a condition called pheochromocytoma (a tumor that causes high blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, and headaches), glaucoma (increased pressure in the eye), an enlarged prostate, or severe kidney or liver disease.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you have ever had or have had a bleed in the brain.
If you have or have had an unexplained bleeding disorder.
If you have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease (lupus).
