Name of the medicinal product:
SACHOL DENTAL GEL, (87.1 mg + 0.1 mg)/g, oral and gum gel.
Qualitative and quantitative composition:
1 g of gel contains: 87.1 mg of choline salicylate (Cholini salicylas) and 0.1 mg of cetalkonium chloride (Cetalkonii chloridum). Excipients with known effect: methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate.
Dosage form
Gel for the mouth and gums. Transparent, colorless, homogeneous mass with the smell of anise oil.
Dosage and method of application
Dosage: Use 2 to 3 times a day.
How to use: Apply a small amount of gel to the affected area, rub gently for about 2 minutes.
Do not drink or eat for about half an hour after applying the gel.
Other information
Indications for use: inflammation of the oral mucosa, erosion
and oral ulcers, gingivitis, periodontal disease.
Contraindications: hypersensitivity to the active substance, other salicylates
or to any of the excipients.
Special warnings and precautions for use: A transient burning sensation may occur at the site of application. Children and adolescents: the drug should not be used in children under 3 years of age. Due to the content of methyl parahydroxybenzoate and propyl parahydroxybenzoate, the medicinal product may cause allergic reactions (possibly delayed).
