600 mg dry extract of hawthorn leaves and flowers (4-7:1); Extraction agent: ethanol 45% (v/v)
Excipients
magnesium stearate, sodium croscarmellose, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, highly dispersed, cellulose powder, butyl methacrylate copolymer, base, iron (III) oxide, lactose-1-water, macrogol 6000, titanium dioxide, talc.
The drug is a herbal remedy for the treatment of heart disease.
It is used in cases of decreased cardiac activity, corresponding to stage II according to NYHA.
You should not take the medicine if you have hypersensitivity (allergy) to the active ingredient or any other ingredient.
Dosage
Please follow the dosage instructions, otherwise the medicine may not work properly.
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the usual dose for adults and children aged 12 years and over is:
1/2 film-coated tablet 3 times daily.
The medicine is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age.
The film-coated tablets have a score line. Break the film-coated tablet along the break line and swallow 1/2 tablet whole with a sufficient amount of liquid (preferably 1 glass of drinking water).
It is recommended to take the medicine for at least 6 weeks and no more than 6 months.
If you accidentally take two or three times the usual dose (equivalent to 1-1.5 film-coated tablets of this medicine), this usually does not cause any side effects. In this case, continue taking the medicine as directed in the dosing instructions or as prescribed by your doctor.
If you forget to take the medicine:
Next time, do not take a double dose, but continue to take the medicine as prescribed by your doctor or as instructed.
Possible side effects
Rarely, gastrointestinal complaints or skin rash may occur. These symptoms usually disappear within a few days after stopping taking the medicine.
The medicine should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Please keep the film-coated tablet away from light and moisture until use. Do not take film-coated tablets while lying down.
