Pueria Duo has been specially developed for pregnancy from the 13th week until the end of breastfeeding.
From the 13th week on, the baby begins to grow intensively, its internal organs mature – in particular the brain and the organ of vision.
Pueria Duo helps to supplement the diet with 600 mg DHA, which supports the normal development of the brain and eyes in the fetus and breastfed infants 2 .
During breastfeeding, breast milk is the main source of nutrients for a baby – the correct amount of nutrients in the breast milk is crucial for its further proper development.
Pueria Duo is the first preparation on the Polish market containing ingredients recommended by the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians : folic acid, vitamin D, iodine, DHA 1 in combination with choline – WITHOUT fillers, dyes and preservatives.
Important, Pueria Duo does not contain iron – according to the latest PTGiP 1 guidelines , iron supplementation is recommended only in specific cases, because its excess may have an adverse effect on the course of pregnancy.
