“COMPOSITION AND FORM
Each tablet contains 500 mg of acetylsalicylic acid (Acidum acetylsalicylicum) and 200 mg of ascorbic acid (Acidum ascorbicum). Excipient with known effect: sodium. Each tablet contains 356 mg sodium. Effervescent tablet. White, round, flat on both sides, the tablets dissolve with a strong hiss when dropped into water.
INDICATIONS
Pain of mild to moderate intensity, such as headaches, muscle and joint pain, and others. Fever caused by colds, viral infections and other diseases.
Dosage and method of application:
Always use this medication exactly as described in the package insert or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
The medicine should be taken with food. Before use, the tablet should be dissolved in ¾ glass of water.
Painkillers and antipyretics are commonly used:
Adults: 1 to 2 tablets at a time. If necessary, the dose can be repeated 2-3 times per day.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients of the drug. Hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid occurs in 0.3% of the population, including 20% of patients with bronchial asthma or chronic urticaria. Symptoms of hypersensitivity: hives and even shock may occur within 3 hours after taking acetylsalicylic acid.
Hypersensitivity to other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs with symptoms such as bronchospasm, hay fever, shock.
Asthma, chronic respiratory disease, hay fever or nasal congestion, as patients with these conditions may respond to NSAIDs with asthma attacks, limited swelling of the skin and mucous membranes (angioedema) or urticaria more often than other patients.
Active peptic ulcer and inflammation or bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract (possible bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract or activation of the peptic ulcer).
Severe liver and/or kidney failure.
Severe heart failure; Bleeding disorders (eg hemophilia, thrombocytopenia) and concomitant treatment with anticoagulants (eg coumarin derivatives, heparin).
Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.
Concomitant use with methotrexate at a dose of 15 mg per week or higher due to myelotoxicity.
In children under 12 years of age, especially with viral infections (eg, chickenpox, influenza), due to the risk of developing Reye’s syndrome.
Third trimester of pregnancy and breastfeeding period.”
