This medicine is recommended for some moderate cases of so-called androgenetic alopecia (excessive hair loss) in men.
This medicine is not recommended for use in women due to the high incidence of abnormal hair growth (hypertrichosis).
Dosage
Always take Alopexy 5% exactly as prescribed by your doctor. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist. The usual dose is 1 ml twice a day and applied to the area of the scalp to be treated.
The daily dose should not exceed 2 ml, regardless of the size of the area to be treated.
Frequency of use:
Use 1 ml in the morning and evening. Do not increase the dose or frequency of use. In any case, stick to the dosage prescribed by your doctor.
Duration of use
The result of the treatment is not immediately visible: cessation of hair loss and/or growth of new hair can only be expected after a certain time has passed since the beginning of the treatment. It may be necessary to perform the procedure twice a day for 2 months before hair growth stimulation becomes noticeable.
How to use:
For application to the skin. For external use. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying the solution. Apply to completely dry hair and scalp.
Use your fingertips to distribute the medicine over the entire area of the scalp to be treated, starting from the center of the treatment area. Do not apply this medicine to other parts of the body.
