Gynophilus by Phytolab is a natural product that, thanks to its tribiotic action, helps maintain and restore the vaginal ecosystem, indicated for the treatment of mycosis (candida albicans), vaginosis, vaginitis and any imbalance of the vaginal bacterial flora. It has a triple value, which simultaneously determines bactericidal and fungicidal activity and long-term restoration of the vaginal bacterial flora:
Probiotic: adapts to the vaginal ecosystem, grows in optimal conditions and colonizes it; in addition, it attaches to the vaginal mucosa, competitively occupying it in relation to pathogens, and carries out bacteriostatic metabolism;
Prebiotic: the nutrient substrate contained in the product ensures its development and prolonged action in the vagina; this nutrition feeds the lactobacilli of Doderlein during the colonization process;
Eubiotics: the action is due to the combined presence of the Gynophilus strain in the vagina, its specific nutrition (prebiotic) and metabolites (with bactericidal function) in its residual culture medium, which – with autonomous activity – create an environment favorable for the development of lactobacilli themselves and unfavorable for pathogenic microbes.
Method of administration and dosage
For mycoses, vaginitis and vaginosis: 2 capsules per day for 7 days in the morning and evening before bedtime.
For mycoses, vaginitis and recurrent vaginosis: 2 capsules per day for 7 days in the morning and evening before bedtime, with cycles repeated up to 4 times a year.
For prevention: 1 capsule per day for 14 days before bedtime, cycles can be repeated several times a year.
For other indications: 2 capsules daily for 7 days, morning and evening before bedtime.
Storage
The product has a shelf life of 36 months and can be stored at room temperature.”
