“Ingredients:
Perilla dry extract (titrated in polyphenols ≥ 2.5%) 0.1%, sodium salt of hyaluronic acid 0.1%, sodium chloride, anhydrous dibasic sodium phosphate, monobasic sodium phosphate monohydrate, purified water in the amount required to bring to 100 ml.

Directions:
Crystalline Blue eye drops are a medical product for ophthalmological use, which is a sterile solution with physiological pH, does not contain preservatives, containing perilla dry extract in combination with hyaluronic acid, which has high biocompatibility.
The formula, due to its special composition, is able to provide antioxidant, refreshing and diluting effects.
Therefore, Crystalline Blue eye drops are indicated for the relief of redness, dryness and tired eyes caused by atmospheric and environmental factors such as dust, allergens, as well as visual strain, for example due to computer work and/or excessive exposure to light or prolonged use of contact lenses.
Instillation of eye drops before inserting contact lenses facilitates the application process; In addition, instillation after application makes use more comfortable, eliminating the feeling of dryness.
Crystalline Blue eye drops do not contain preservatives and are suitable for frequent and long-term use.

Directions for use and dosage:
Break the bottle’s protective seal.
Remove the protective cap.
Gently squeeze the container body and instill 2/3 of a drop into each eye.
After instillation, immediately close the container and use the remaining contents within 3 months of opening.
The product is intended for use by one patient.

Warnings:
The product is intended for ophthalmic use only.
After opening, the container must be closed with the appropriate lid, but the solution it contains must be used within 3 months.
Before instillation, check for residue on the dispenser opening. If there is, clean with a damp cloth and let the drop fall before use.
Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged or the bottle is not completely intact.
Keep out of reach of children.
It is recommended to wash your hands thoroughly before opening the bottle and instilling the drops.
During instillation, do not touch the tip of the bottle to your eyes or other surfaces.
Do not use the product if there is a known incompatibility with at least one component of the formulation.
If necessary, consult an ophthalmologist regarding the compatibility of eye drops with the contact lenses you use.
If you experience discomfort during use, stop treatment and consult a doctor.
Any administration of ophthalmic drugs should be carried out at least 15 minutes after instillation of eye drops, especially if they contain benzalkonium chloride or other quaternary ammonium salts, to avoid precipitation of hyaluronic acid.
The administration of ophthalmic drugs simultaneously with eye drops should be carried out under the supervision of a doctor who can assess possible interactions.

Storage
Do not use the product after the expiration date stated on the package.
After use, do not throw the container into the environment.
Store in a dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.”
