Visco-Vision gel, thanks to its moisturizing effect, acts evenly on the surface of the cornea and conjunctiva, providing beneficial and long-term hydration of the eye.
It can be used for the following indications:
dry eyes caused by Sjogren’s syndrome;
mechanical stress, for example after diagnostic procedures on the eyes;
environmental stress caused, for example, in air-conditioned rooms – wind, cold, dry air or air containing harmful substances, such as cigarette smoke;
fatigue and visual strain due to intense strain on the eyes, such as working at a computer or microscope, as well as for long periods of driving.
How to use and dosage:
Wash your hands thoroughly before using Visco-Vision gel.
To open the tube, turn the screw cap counterclockwise until the safety catch breaks. After opening the tube for the first time, remove the safety ring.
Step 1: Tilt your head back slightly (into the occipital position) and use your free hand to gently pull down your lower eyelid.
Step 2: Hold the tube vertically over your eye with the opening facing down. Press the tube gently until a small drop forms at the tip. Place the drop into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye, avoiding touching the eye with the tip of the tube.
Step 3: Close your eyes two or three times to distribute the gel evenly over the surface of the eye.
After use, replace the protective cap on the tube, being careful not to touch the tip to anything (even your finger).
Avoid crushing or rolling the tube to avoid damaging it.
Apply Visco-Vision gel as needed or as directed by your eye doctor.
The usual dosage for adults and children is 1 drop 3-4 times daily.
Visco-Vision® gel is suitable for long-term use.
However, as with all other diseases, if symptoms persist, it is recommended to consult an ophthalmologist. In case of further topical treatment of the eyes, it is necessary to wait about 30 minutes between two applications.
Visco-Vision gel should be applied after other products.
Warnings:
Do not use the product if the tube or protective cap is damaged.
Do not touch the tip of the tube to the eye to avoid infection or injury to the eye.
The tip of the tube should not come into contact with other objects or body parts to avoid bacterial contamination of the gel.
Remove contact lenses before use and put them back in only after 30 minutes.
Do not use Visco-Vision gel after the expiration date indicated on the fold of the tube and on the packaging.
For reasons of hygiene, the same tube of Visco-Vision gel should not be used by more than one patient.
If vision problems persist while using Visco-Vision® gel or return after stopping its use, consult an eye doctor.
Visco-Vision gel is not suitable as a sole treatment for eye infections. If you suspect you have an eye infection, consult an eye doctor.
Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the components.
Suitable for children and adults from 18 years of age.
There are no clinical data on pregnant or lactating women, or children under 18 years of age. These groups of patients should consult a doctor before using Visco-Vision gel.
Keep Visco-Vision gel out of the reach of children.

Side effects:
After application, temporary deterioration of visual acuity (blurred vision) may occur. In this case, you should refrain from driving vehicles and operating machinery. It is recommended to wait until normal visual acuity is restored.
Symptoms such as mild and temporary burning in the eyes or stickiness of the eyelids may occur immediately after application.

Store at a temperature of 5°C to 25°C.
