Omega-Vitum 3-6-9 dietary supplement is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, which include polyunsaturated fats from the omega-3 and omega-6 family and monounsaturated fats from the omega-9 family. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids belong to the Essential Unsaturated Fatty Acids (EFAs), which are not produced by our body and therefore should be supplied with food. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids are unsaturated fats.
Use
Adults – 2 capsules once a day during a meal,
Children over 6 years of age – 1 capsule a day during a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Composition:
cold-pressed flax seed oil (Linum usitatissimum), gelatin (shell ingredient), rosehip seed oil (Rosa canina), humectant: glycerol, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, sea buckthorn fruit pulp oil (Hippophae rhamnoides)
1 capsule contains:
- unsaturated fatty acids – 455 mg, including: polyunsaturated fatty acids – 380 mg, of which: alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) – 142 mg and linoleic acid (omega-6) – 238 mg;
- monounsaturated fatty acids – 75 mg, of which: oleic acid (omega-9) – 69 mg;
- vitamin E – 6 mg (50%*)
