Cold-pressed flaxseed oil is made from carefully selected flax seeds using the cold-pressing method. This oil is a source of omega-3 acids, has a golden color and a characteristic, slightly bitter taste, making it an excellent addition to salads, raw salads, dips, sauces, cheese spreads, cooked vegetables and other cold dishes. Flaxseed oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fats.
