- Usage: take before meals, for adults and children over 12 years old after 1-2 tab. 3-4 times a day, for children from 3 to 12 years old – 1-2 tab. For children from 3 to 6 years old, the tablets must be dissolved in 1/3 glass of water, they can be sweetened with sugar or glucose syrup. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for food. Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
