Femannose N Granules Portion Sachets is a medical device used to treat and prevent cystitis and lower urinary tract infections. It works purely physically, i.e. the natural active ingredient D-mannose adheres to the inflammation-causing E. coli bacteria and thus prevents them from attaching to the mucous membranes. Inactive bacteria are simply washed out with urine. FEMANNOSE N for the treatment and prevention of cystitis and urinary tract infections is available as a powder in practical sachets and impresses with a pleasant fruity taste. Due to its purely physical effect, FEMANNOSE N is very well tolerated and, when taken together with antibiotics, can enhance their effect. It acts quickly in the bladder – after the first dose. Natural, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and preservative-free. Can also be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consultation with a doctor. Suitable for diabetics. Adults and children over 14 years of age. Dissolve one sachet in a glass of water by stirring. One sachet corresponds to one dose. Acute treatment Days 1–3: 3 sachets distributed throughout the day. Days 4–5: 2 sachets distributed throughout the day. Prevention 1 sachet per day. Meals should be distributed throughout the day. It is recommended to take the product between meals. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water. To improve urine output, it is recommended to drink at least two liters of water per day. To prevent recurrence of infection, use should be continued for one month. Ingredients – 2 g D-mannose, Sweeteners: fructose, sucralose, citric acid, Color: beetroot, Release agent: silicon dioxide; Aroma. Side effects: Special tests have shown that the components of Femannose N are harmless, completely biocompatible and well tolerated. When the dosage required for maintenance treatment is observed, no side effects have been observed, except for individual intolerance, which may lead to nausea, flatulence and loose stools. Take Femannose N only after consulting a doctor or pharmacist. Femannose N is not a substitute for antibiotic therapy for urinary tract infections. Do not take Femannose N if you have a known hypersensitivity, such as allergy or intolerance to any of the ingredients. Store Femannose N in a dry place, protected from direct heat and light. Open the package only shortly before use. Store the product below 25°C.
