FORTE children’s ibufen with raspberry flavor. Composition and form of release: Suspension for oral administration. 5 ml oral suspension contains 200 mg ibuprofen. Excipients with known effect: liquid maltitol (E 965), sodium benzoate (E 211). 5 ml oral suspension contains 2.4 g liquid maltitol, 5 mg sodium benzoate. Indications: Fever of various origins (including viral infections). Pain of various origins of mild to moderate intensity (also ear pain that occurs with inflammation of the middle ear). Contraindications: The drug is contraindicated in patients: with hypersensitivity to the active substance, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or any of the excipients of the drug; have ever experienced hypersensitivity reactions in the form of bronchospasm, bronchial asthma, rhinitis, Quincke’s edema or urticaria after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); with active peptic ulcer and / or duodenal ulcer or recurrent gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding history (two or more separate episodes of proven ulceration or bleeding); bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal tract or perforation when taking NSAIDs in history; with severe liver failure, severe renal failure; with severe heart failure (NYHA class IV); with bleeding from cerebral vessels or other active bleeding, with hemorrhagic diathesis; with unexplained disorders of the hematopoietic system, such as thrombocytopenia; with severe dehydration (caused by vomiting, diarrhea, or insufficient fluid intake); in the last trimester of pregnancy.
