They are thick and extremely absorbent – the manufacturer’s declared absorbency is 1750 ml of liquid substances. Pleasant to the touch non-woven fabric in the top layer, lets moisture inside, not allowing it to get back out. Extremely delicate and safe for the skin, they do not stick to the skin, prevent chafing and irritation. The oilcloth on the bottom of the underlay protects against seepage and dirt on the protected surfaces.
