Compound
The active ingredient of the drug is benzydamine hydrochloride (Benzydamini hydrochloride).
1 solid lozenge contains bezidamine hydrochloride 3 mg.
Excipients: isomalt (E 953), acesulfame potassium (E 950), citric acid monohydrate, levomenthol, lemon flavor, honey flavor, quinoline yellow (E 104).
Dosage
The medicine should be taken orally, the lozenges should be dissolved slowly, without chewing or swallowing. The dosage of Haskosept with lemon and honey flavor for adults and children over 6 years old is 1 tablet 3 times a day. Do not use longer than 7 days.
Action
Haskosept with lemon and honey flavor reduces inflammation, has a local anesthetic and disinfectant effect. The drug contains benzydamine from the group of indole anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), used locally and systemically.
Indications
Hascosept Lemon and Honey Tablets are used topically to treat symptoms of throat and mouth inflammation, such as swelling, redness or pain.
Contraindications
The drug should not be used by people with hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the other ingredients.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
The drug should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Use of the drug in children and adolescents
The medicine is not intended for children under 6 years of age due to the shape of the lozenges. Children under 11 years of age can take this medicine under adult supervision.”
