easyangin® Honey Flavor lozenges are lozenges for topical application in the mouth and throat. easyangin Honey Flavor contains the germicidal active ingredient chlorhexidine (antiseptic) and the locally acting analgesic ingredient lidocaine.

easyangin® Honey Flavor is used for the symptomatic local treatment of mild to moderate inflammation of the pharynx and oral cavity, such as sore throat, hoarseness, sore throat, gingivitis, inflamed mucous membranes in the mouth, and mouth ulcers. Additional treatment is required for bacterial infections associated with fever.

If you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 3 days, consult your doctor.

Dosage form

Lozenges

Application

Adults : 6 to 10 lozenges per day. Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 hours. Do not exceed a maximum daily dose of 10 lozenges.
Adolescents and children 6 years and older : 3 to 5 lozenges per day. Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth every 4 hours. Do not exceed a maximum daily dose of 5 lozenges.
Method of administration : For oral use. Allow the tablet to dissolve slowly in the mouth. Leave at least half an hour between applying easyangin honey flavor and brushing your teeth with toothpaste.
Duration of use : This medicine should not be used for a long time. Consult your doctor if your symptoms do not improve or worsen after 3 days.
Note for diabetics: The calorie value is 2.6 kcal/g sorbitol. One lozenge corresponds to 0.1 bread unit (BU).

Ingredients

The active ingredients are chlorhexidine dihydrochloride and lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate. 1 lozenge contains 5 mg chlorhexidine dihydrochloride and 1 mg lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate.
The other ingredients are: sorbitol, magnesium stearate, anhydrous citric acid, stevia, honey flavor.
