Composition
Active ingredients: 5 mg chlorhexidine dihydrochloride and 1m glydocaine hydrochloride monohydrate.
Other ingredients: sorbitol, magnesium stearate, anhydrous citric acid, stevia, honey flavoring.
Scope
Iziangin with honey flavor is used for symptomatic local treatment of mild to moderate inflammations of the throat and oral cavity, such as sore throat, hoarseness, redness of the throat, gingivitis, inflamed mucous membranes of the mouth and mouth ulcers.
Dosage
Recommended dose:
Adults: 6 to 10 lozenges per day. Slowly dissolve 1 tablet in the mouth every 2 hours. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 10 tablets.
Adolescents and children from 6 years: 3 to 5 lozenges per day. Slowly dissolve 1 tablet in the mouth every 4 hours. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 5 tablets.
For oral use.
Allow the tablet to dissolve slowly in the mouth. At least half an hour should pass between using Easyangin honey flavor and brushing your teeth with toothpaste.
This medicine should not be used for a long period of time.
Contraindications
Easyangin honey flavor should not be used if you are allergic to chlorhexidine dihydrochloride, lidocaine hydrochloride, some local anesthetics or any of the other ingredients of this medicine, for larger, fresh wounds in the mouth and throat. Children under 6 years of age.
Side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
In rare cases, taste disturbances, numbness of the tongue, allergic reactions of the skin and mucous membranes are possible. Rash and inflammatory skin reactions (dermatitis) have been reported. Temporary taste irritation may occur with prolonged use. Long-term use of products containing chlorhexidine may cause discolouration of the tooth surface, which can, however, be eliminated with dental care; Discoloration of the tongue is also possible. Very rarely, hypersensitivity reactions (allergic/anaphylactic reactions) such as skin rash, itching, swelling of the face, shortness of breath, dizziness and low blood pressure may occur. Due to the sorbitol content, a laxative effect may occur.
