“Composition
Active ingredient: ketoprofen lysine salt
Excipients: crospovidone, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, sodium dodecyl sulfate, mannitol (E421), sodium stearyl fumarate, polyvinyl alcohol, macrogol 3350, titanium dioxide (E171), talc, brilliant blue aluminum lake (E133), quinoline yellow aluminum lake (E104).
Indications
Pain of various origins and nature, in particular: headache, toothache, neuralgia, menstrual pain, muscle and bone-joint pain.
Dosage
Adults and children over 15 years of age: 1 tablet once or repeatedly 2-3 times a day for the most intense forms of pain. It is preferable to take the drug on a full stomach. Do not exceed the recommended doses: elderly patients should adhere to the minimum doses indicated above. The duration of therapy should be limited to overcoming the pain episode.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients; history of hypersensitivity reactions such as bronchospasm, asthma attacks, acute rhinitis, urticaria, skin rash or other allergic-type reactions to ketoprofen or to substances with a similar mechanism of action (eg, acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs); Severe, rarely fatal, anaphylactic reactions have been observed in these patients; third trimester of pregnancy, confirmed or suspected pregnancy, breast-feeding period and in children under 15 years of age; severe heart failure; gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer, gastritis and chronic dyspepsia; persons with leukopenia or thrombocytopenia, with active bleeding or hemorrhagic diathesis, treated with anticoagulants; severe renal or hepatic insufficiency; patients who have undergone major surgery; active peptic ulcer/bleeding or recurrent peptic ulcer/bleeding in history (two or more separate episodes of proven ulcer or bleeding); history of gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcer or perforation related to previous NSAID therapy. In addition, concomitant use of other anti-inflammatory drugs and acetylsalicylic acid is not recommended.
Shelf life and storage
The expiration date indicated on the package is valid for the product in undamaged packaging and when stored correctly.
Do not use the medicinal product after the expiration date stated on the package and/or, if applicable, observe the expiration date stated after first opening the package.
