Active Ingredients
10 mg bifonazole
Excipients
cetyl palmitate, 100 mg cetyl stearyl alcohol, purified water, octyldodecanol, chlorhexidine bigluconate, polysorbate 60, sorbitan stearate.
The drug should not be used if you are allergic to bifonazole or any other ingredient of this drug.
The drug is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent for the treatment of fungal infections (mycoses) of the skin.
Bifonazole, the active substance of the drug, penetrates the affected layers of the skin and kills the fungus. In addition, it has an anti-inflammatory (antiphlogistic) effect.
The drug is used for skin infections caused by dermatophytes, yeasts, molds and other pathogens such as Malassezia furfur or Corynebacterium minutissimum, such as:
Typhoid infections of the skin and skin folds (tinea corporis and tinea inguinalis)
Typhoid infections between the fingers and toes (tinea pedis, tinea manuum)
Versatile lichen
superficial yeast infections (candidiasis) of the skin
Dwarf lichen (erythrasma).
Use and dosage
Always take this medicine exactly as prescribed.
The usual dose is:
Apply the medicine to the affected areas of the skin once a day. About 1 g of cream (corresponding to a strip 0.5-1 cm long) is usually enough to apply to an area the size of the palm of the hand.
Duration of use:
Regular and long-term use of this medicine is important for the success of treatment. The duration of treatment varies and depends, among other things, on the severity and localization of the disease. In order to achieve complete recovery, treatment with the drug should not be stopped immediately after the disappearance of acute inflammatory symptoms or subjective complaints.

Mycoses of the feet, interdigital mycoses (tinea pedis, tinea pedis interdigitalis):
3 weeks
Mycoses on other parts of the body, on the hands and in skin folds (tinea corporis, tinea manuum, tinea inguinalis)
2-3 weeks
Varied lichen, erythrasma:
2 weeks
Superficial candidiasis of the skin:
2-4 weeks.
Side effects
Pain at the injection site, peripheral edema at the injection site.
Dry skin, skin irritation, skin softening, skin peeling, redness, burning, itching, rash, eczema, blisters, urticaria, contact dermatitis, allergic dermatitis. Breastfeeding should be discontinued during treatment with bifonazole.
