Compound
The active ingredient of the drug is dry extract of St. John’s wort (Hyperici herbae extractum siccum quantificatum).
1 film-coated tablet contains 612 mg of extract (in the form of a dry quantitative extract) of the herb St. John’s wort (St. John’s wort) (primary DER 3-6:1), which corresponds to: 0.6 mg – 1.8. mg of the sum of hypericins in terms of hypericin, 36.72 mg – 91.80 mg of the sum of flavonoids per rutin, not more than 36.72 mg of hyperforin.
Extraction solvent: 60% ethanol (by volume).
Excipients: colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, yellow coating mixture Opadry II 85F32410 (polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, macrogol 3350, talc, yellow iron oxide (E 172)).
Dosage
Depremin 612 mg should be administered orally. The dosage of Depremin 612 mg for adults is 1 film-coated tablet per day.
The therapeutic effect should occur within 4 weeks of treatment. If symptoms persist, you should consult a doctor. Do not use longer than 6 weeks.
