Active ingredients
Double sachet contains: Active ingredient: Morniflumate 350 mg.
Excipients
Granules: sucrose, sorbitol, banana flavor on maltodextrin, fruit flavor, crospovidone, hypromellose, aspartame, ammonium glycyrrhizinate, xanthan gum, polysorbate 20, sodium lauryl sulfate, orange yellow S (E 110).

Directions
Flomax oral solution is indicated for painful and non-painful inflammatory conditions, even accompanied by fever, affecting the respiratory tract (laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis), ENT system (sinusitis, otitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis), genitourinary system (cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis, vaginitis, adnexitis) and the musculoskeletal system.

Method of administration and dosage
Adults: 2 sachets of Flomax 350 mg 2 times a day.
Elderly people (over 65 years old) 1 tablet or 1 sachet of Flomax 350 mg 2-3 times a day.
When treating elderly patients, the dosage should be carefully determined by the physician, who will have to assess the possibility of reducing the dosages indicated above.
Children (over 6 months) and adolescents Children under 4 years (10-15 kg): ½ a sachet of Flomax 350 mg once a day.
Children aged 4 to 8 years (15-25 kg): ½ a sachet of Flomax 350 mg twice a day.
Children and adolescents aged 8 to 14 years (25-45 kg): 1 tablet or 1 sachet of Flomax 350 mg twice a day.
In pediatrics, the average daily dose is 17.5 mg/kg of body weight. Flomax should be taken on a full stomach.
Method of administration (two-component sachets): opening the sachet along the line marked “”half dose”” gives a dose of 175 mg.
Opening the sachet along the line marked “”full dose”” gives a dose of 350 mg.
Flomax should be taken on a full stomach.
Undesirable effects can be minimized by using the shortest duration of treatment necessary to control symptoms.

Contraindications
Patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers, as well as patients with hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients, allergy or asthma in history caused by taking niflumic acid/morniflumate or substances with similar or closely related activity from a chemical point of view, such as other NSAIDs and aspirin. History of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation related to previous active treatment, or history of recurrent gastric ulcer/bleeding (two or more separate episodes of confirmed ulceration or bleeding). Severe hepatic, renal and cardiac insufficiency. Third trimester of pregnancy.”
