Description of Biosteron 25mg
The active ingredient of Biosteron is dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), which is a steroid hormone produced by the adrenal glands and secreted into the blood. In various tissues, DHEA is converted into the active sex hormones: estrogens and androgens. The highest serum concentration of DHEA occurs at a young age (2nd and 3rd decade of life), followed by a slow decline to about 10-20% in people aged 80 years.
Indications
Biosteron 25mg is indicated to supplement dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) deficiency. DHEA deficiency can cause adverse events associated with aging, such as:
- impaired memory, intellectual performance, and ability to concentrate;
- impaired well-being and depression;
- mental and physical ailments associated with menopause in women and andropause in men;
- decreased muscle strength, feelings of excessive fatigue, chronic fatigue syndrome;
- decreased resistance to stress;
- decreased libido and decreased sexual performance;
- obesity, decreased tissue sensitivity to insulin, which can cause diabetes;
- atherosclerosis;
- sleep disorders;
- decreased resistance to viral and bacterial infections.
Replenishing DHEA deficiency can counteract the above processes and phenomena, and as a result, improve the health and quality of life of aging individuals.

25 mg of the active substance dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) - excipients: colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.
