Indication :
The drug inhibits i.a. blood platelets (thrombocytes) sticking together and clumping together, thereby preventing the formation of blood clots (thrombi) (inhibition of thrombocyte aggregation).
The medicine is applied
in unstable angina pectoris (heart pain due to circulatory disorders in the coronary arteries)
as part of standard therapy
in acute myocardial infarction – as part of standard therapy
to prevent another heart attack after the first heart attack (to prevent a reinfarction)
after operations or other interventions on arterial blood vessels (after arterial vascular surgery or interventional interventions, e.g. after aortocoronary vein bypass [ACVB], with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty [PTCA])
to prevent transient hypoperfusion of the brain (TIA: transient ischemic attacks) and cerebral infarction after precursor stages (e.g. temporary paralysis of the face or arm muscles or temporary loss of vision) have occurred.
Notice:
The preparation is not suitable for the treatment of pain conditions.
Contraindication:
The medicine must not be taken
if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substance acetylsalicylic acid or any of the other ingredients of the medicine
if you have ever had an asthma attack or other hypersensitivity (allergic) reaction to salicylates (a group of substances related to acetylsalicylic acid) or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
in acute gastric and intestinal ulcers
in the event of a pathologically increased tendency to bleed (hemorrhagic diathesis)
in liver and kidney failure
if you have severe heart muscle weakness that has not been adequately treated (heart failure)
if you are also taking 15 mg or more methotrexate per week
in the last 3 months of pregnancy at a dosage of more than 150 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day.

Indikation :
Das Arzneimittel hemmt u. a. das Zusammenhaften und Verklumpen von Blutplättchen (Thrombozyten) und beugt dadurch der Entstehung von Blutgerinnseln (Thromben) vor (Thrombozytenaggregationshemmung).
Das Arzneimittel wird angewendet
bei instabiler Angina pectoris (Herzschmerzen aufgrund von Durchblutungsstörungen in den Herzkranzgefäßen)
als Teil der Standardtherapie
bei akutem Herzinfarkt – als Teil der Standardtherapie
zur Vorbeugung eines weiteren Herzinfarktes nach erstem Herzinfarkt (zur Reinfarktprophylaxe)
nach Operationen oder anderen Eingriffen an arteriellen Blutgefäßen (nach arteriellen gefäßchirurgischen oder interventionellen Eingriffen z. B. nach aortokoronarem Venen-Bypass [ACVB], bei perkutaner transluminaler koronarer Angioplastie [PTCA])
zur Vorbeugung von vorübergehender Mangeldurchblutung im Gehirn (TIA: transitorischen ischämischen Attacken) und Hirninfarkten, nachdem Vorläuferstadien (z. B. vorübergehende Lähmungserscheinungen im Gesicht oder der Armmuskulatur oder vorübergehender Sehverlust) eingetreten sind.
Hinweis:
Das Präparat eignet sich nicht zur Behandlung von Schmerzzuständen.
Kontraindikation:
Das Arzneimittel darf nicht eingenommen werden
wenn Sie überempfindlich (allergisch) gegenüber dem Wirkstoff Acetylsalicylsäure oder einem der sonstigen Bestandteile des Arzneimittels sind
wenn Sie in der Vergangenheit gegen Salicylate (einer Gruppe von Stoffen, die der Acetylsalicylsäure verwandt sind) oder andere nicht-steroidale entzündungshemmende Arzneimittel mit Asthmaanfällen oder in anderer Weise überempfindlich (allergisch) reagiert haben
bei akuten Magen- und Darm-Geschwüren
bei krankhaft erhöhter Blutungsneigung (hämorrhagische Diathese)
bei Leber- und Nierenversagen
bei schwerer nicht ausreichend behandelter Herzmuskelschwäche (Herzinsuffizienz)
wenn Sie gleichzeitig 15 mg oder mehr Methotrexat pro Woche einnehmen
in den letzten 3 Monaten der Schwangerschaft in einer Dosierung von mehr als 150 mg Acetylsalicylsäure pro Tag.
