Recommended dose:
Children over 3 years of age and adults: 1 tablet per day.
Take one tablet per day for at least 3 months. The tablet should be taken before bedtime, after brushing your teeth, to allow effective colonization of the oral cavity and throat by the strain. Slowly suck the tablet for about 5 minutes until it dissolves completely. This ensures long-term contact of the active substance with the mucous membrane of the throat. Do not swallow or bite the tablet. Do not drink liquids immediately after taking the tablet.
