Lubrial Spray is useful as an adjuvant in cases of lacrimation disorders and changes in the lipid layer of the tear film, especially in contact lens wearers.
Liposomes are a typical example of colloidal vectors consisting mainly of phospholipids – the same molecules that make up the matrix of the cell membrane.
Thus, the combined action of phospholipids and hyaluronic acid is stabilizing, i.e. it aims to maintain and restore the stability of the tear film, ensure the moisture of the open corneal-conjunctival surface and the uniform distribution of the film covering it.
