Characteristics
Moisturizing eye drops with hyaluronic acid to moisturize and protect the surface of the eye. How to use
Step 1: Before first use, write the opening date in the appropriate field on the bottle label. Remove the protective cap before each use.
Step 2: Before first use of the SafeDrop bottle, press the bottle several times until the first drop is released (as shown in the picture). Hold the bottle upside down as shown in the picture. Do not allow the dispenser tip to come into contact with your fingers or eyes.
Step 3: Hold the bottle as shown. Rest your thumb on the wide, round, non-slip surface.
Step 4: Tilt your head back slightly and use your free hand to pull your lower eyelid down. Place one or two drops of Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Gel into the conjunctival sac of each eye by pressing the pump once or twice. Keep the bottle upright while doing this. Close your eye slowly to distribute the Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Gel evenly over the surface of your eye.
Alternatively, if you are using the drops with contact lenses, apply one or two drops of the product to each contact lens before inserting it, rather than placing the drops directly into your eyes.
Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Gel can also be used while wearing contact lenses.
Replace the protective cap on the multi-dose container after use.
Use Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Gel as needed or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Gel is indicated for long-term use, however, as with any medical condition, if symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
If you are using another topical treatment in addition to Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Gel, wait approximately 20 minutes. 30 minutes between applying one product and the other. Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Gel should be applied after other products.
Warnings
-Do not use if the SafeDrop multi-dose container is damaged.
-Do not allow the dispenser tip to come into contact with the surface of the eye to prevent infection or injury to the eye.
-Do not allow the dispenser tip to come into contact with any other objects or body parts.
-Do not use as the sole treatment for eye infections.
-Do not use eye drops after the expiration date printed on each SafeDrop bottle and on the carton.
– One reusable container should not be used by more than one patient.
– Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Gel is not intended to be used as a storage solution for contact lenses.
– Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Gel should be kept out of reach of children.
– Consult an eye doctor if symptoms persist while using Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Gel.
– Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Gel.
– Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the components.
Side effects
– After use, a temporary decrease in visual acuity (blurred vision) is possible. In this case, do not drive vehicles or operate machinery. It is recommended to wait until normal visual acuity is restored.
– Temporary symptoms, such as a slight burning sensation in the eyes, may occur immediately after instillation of eye drops.
Storage
Store at a temperature of 5°C to 25°C.
Keep away from frost and direct sunlight.”
