“The drug is also used as an adjuvant for upper respiratory tract infections and tonsillitis. The aerosol has disinfectant and local anesthetic properties. In addition, Envil throat contains zinc gluconate, which supports the body’s immune system. Envil throat can be used in adults and children over 6 years of age.

Compound
The active ingredients of the drug are: cetylpyridinium chloride, lidocaine hydrochloride, zinc gluconate (Cetylpyridinii chloridum, Lidocaini hydrochloride, Zinci guaconas).
1 ml of aerosol contains: 2.9 mg of cetylpyridinium chloride, 1.96 mg of lidocaine hydrochloride and 25.6 mg of zinc gluconate (corresponding to 3.7 mg of zinc ions),
A single spray dose contains 0.17 ml of solution.
Excipients: levomenthol, ethanol 96%, glycerin (E 422), sucralose (E 955), purified water.

Dosage
The drug is used topically by spraying onto the surface of the oral mucosa.
Do not take the medicine with food; it is best to leave an hour between eating and swallowing Envil.
Adults: every 1 or 2 hours, 3 sprays.
Do not use more than 8 times a day.
Children over 6 years: every 2 or 3 hours, 3 sprays.
Do not use more than 6 times a day.
Do not use Envil for your throat for more than 5 days in a row without consulting your doctor.

Action
Envil throat contains 3 active substances that are responsible for:
antiseptic, bactericidal, antiviral and antifungal properties (cetylpyridinium chloride),
local anesthetic properties (lidocaine hydrochloride),
Immune system support (zinc gluconate).

Indications
Envil throat is used for:
inflammation of the throat and mouth,
upper respiratory tract infections accompanied by sore throat (as an aid),
angina pectoris (auxiliary).

Contraindications
When not to use Envil for the throat:
if you are allergic to cetylpiidinium chloride, lidocaine hydrochloride, zinc gluconate (the active ingredients of the drug), other local anesthetics from the amide group or any other ingredients of the drug,
if you have severe liver or kidney failure,
if you suffer from methemoglobinemia, a very rare blood disorder in which the blood loses its ability to carry oxygen to the body’s cells,
in children under 6 years of age.”
