Active ingredients: valerian root (Valerianae radix), hop cones (Lupuli strobilus), lemon balm leaf (Melissae folium), St. John’s wort (Hyperici herba).
1 capsule contains: 210 mg of valerian root (Valerianae radix), 52.5 mg of hop cones (Lupuli strobilus), 52.5 mg of lemon balm leaves (Melissae folium) and 35 mg of St. John’s wort (Hyperici herba).
Excipients: titanium dioxide (E171), erythrosine (E127), indigo carmine (E132), gelatin.
Dosage
Always use this medication exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 2–4 capsules 3 times a day.
Drink at least 1/2 cup of liquid.
As a sleeping pill, take a single dose (2-4 capsules) half an hour to an hour before bedtime.
The maximum daily dose is 12 capsules.
Do not chew the capsules you take.
