The drug is used as an aid in diseases of the peripheral nervous system (for example, in inflammatory diseases of the peripheral nerves and roots, diabetes mellitus, the consequences of chronic alcoholism, facial paralysis, trigeminal nerve damage, radicular syndromes, herpes zoster, etc.). Dosage form
Longitudinally color-coded, oblong, soft gelatin capsules, pink on one side and creamy white on the other, containing a pink paste with vanilla flavor.

Active substances: benfotiamine 40 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride 90 mg, cyanocobalamin 250 g in one capsule.
Other Ingredients: Tallow, refined rapeseed oil, soy lecithin, ethyl vanillin, dicalcium phosphate, gelatin, 85% glycerin, sorbitol, titanium dioxide (E 171), iron oxide red (E 172).
How to use
Recommended dose
1 film-coated tablet 3 times a day.
In mild cases or during convalescence, 1-2 coated tablets per day are sufficient.
Coated tablets are swallowed whole, without chewing and with a small amount of liquid.
What to look out for
If you suffer from psoriasis (psoriasis), you should start taking Milgamma H only after consulting your doctor, as vitamin B12 can worsen your skin condition.
You should not take this medicine if you have cancer.
